to the conference). The session will be held during Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday lunch and will
be listed in the conference program book and website. The special session will be one hour long.
Food and beverage costs for lunch will be the sponsor’s responsibility

- • The above-mentioned booth rental is for the first booth and
additional booth rental will be charged per the rate given below.

All sponsorship levels also receive the benefit of sponsor recognition/short company description in the
front matter of the final program; however, this can only be guaranteed if contract, payment and digital
materials associated with sponsorship level are all received by due date July 1st, 2023.
Late Fees
There will be 20% late fee applied to all exhibitors and sponsorship options
if the contracts are signed and/or payments are received after September 1, 2023.
Location and Dates
The 2023 Modeling, Estimation, and Control Conference will be held at the Tahoe Blue Center, Lake Tahoe, NV, USA from October 2 - 5, 2023.
