Modeling, Estimation and Control Conference

The 3rd Modeling, Estimation and Control Conference (MECC 2023), sponsored by the American Automatic Control Council (AACC) whose member societies include AIAA, AIChE, APS, ASCE, ASME, IEEE, ISA, SCS, and SIAM, and co-sponsored by the International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC), will be held from October 2-5, Monday to Thursday, 2023 at Tahoe Blue Center, Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

MECC 2023 aims to serve the scientific and engineering communities with interests in the modeling, estimation, and control of cross disciplinary mechanical systems to provide a platform for the dissemination and discussion of the state of the art in relevant research areas; and to create opportunities for networking with colleagues. The conference features conference awards, contributed sessions, invited sessions, workshops, special sessions, plenary talks, keynote speeches, student programs, as well as committee meetings, industry programs, and social functions. In addition to contributed papers, MECC 2023 invites submission of invited papers, frontier papers, workshop proposals, tutorial session proposals and tutorial papers, rising star invited talk nominations, and special session proposals.

We are scheduled to publish MECC 2023 conference proceedings via IFAC-PapersOnLine, which is open access and indexed in EI, Scopus, Web of Science, and INSPEC.

Facility Overview: The Tahoe Blue Center is located in the Stateline, Nevada area of South Lake Tahoe, nestled between the peaks of Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort and beautiful Lake Tahoe. Tahoe Blue Center offers flexible meeting space, unique clubs & balconies and an arena that doubles as an event/exhibit floor. All spaces can be divided into smaller spaces for breakouts or catered functions of your choice. Guest rooms will be at Bally’s across the parking lot from the Tahoe Blue Center.
