Registration through IFAC PaperCept:
Registration
is mandatory for all conference and workshop participants.
- Full Member/Nonmember registrations entitle the attendee to upload up to two final manuscripts. Additional uploads (beyond two) can be purchased at 200 USD per upload. Each final submission must be strictly four to six pages
- Student members of AACC member societies may use the Full Member registration category if they are the sole registering author of an accepted paper, poster, abstract or student competition.
Conference registrations include the registration packet, access to technical sessions, any virtual societal events at the conference, and the conference e-proceedings.

- Opening Reception will be held on Oct 3rd evening, and Closing Receptions will be held on Oct 5th evening. Lunch Banquet will be on Oct 4th.
- Attendees must register under one of the registration categories listed above to join the conference.
- Registrants who are members of any of the American Automatic Control Council (AACC) Societies (AIAA, AIChE, ASCE, ASME, IEEE, INFORMS APS, ISA, SCS and SIAM) may register at the Member rate.
- IFAC affiliates, including members of AACC member societies, will receive a $10 discount. The above rates for AACC society members already include the $10 discount.
- Submission uploads are only covered in Full Regular registrations Each full Regular registration (both member and non-member rates) will allow the authors maximum of two submission uploads.
Additional Fees ($USD)
- Extra Paper upload: $200 each
- Extra Conference Banquet ticket: $80 each.
- Guest registration (as an extra to regular registration): $200 each. One guest registration includes 1 banquet, 1 welcome reception(cruise), and 1 farewell reception.
- Extra opening reception cruise ticket: $100 each.
- Extra farewell reception ticket: $60 each.
- The conference proceeding USB and printed full program booklet are complementary for each main registration. The conference is not offering extra for purchase.

Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your registration, please notify the Registration Chair (Juan Ren, [email protected]) in writing.
- If your registration was used to upload a paper, poster, or abstract, then it cannot be canceled even if the paper, poster, or abstract were withdrawn.
- Refunds will be made if the cancellation of the conference registration occurs by August 14th, 2023, with an administration cost of $100. No refunds can be provided for cancellations after August 14th, 2023.
- All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
